SHIPPING~

Your Pretty Pack Poly Mailers will ship within 1-2 business days excluding weekends & holidays unless there is an emergency.  Please allow additional time after holidays and warehouse closures.  Standard shipping time is 2-5 business days but hopefully sooner.

RETURNS~

We do not except returns or exchanges.  Pretty Pack Company strives on delivering orders 100% accurate and quickly.  Therefore, once an order has been placed we are unable to change or cancel the order.  Please ensure you verify your items and all information before the order is placed.
